During Christmas, we stayed at a homestay near Taroko Park. The hosts were really kind and offered us snacks upon arrival. The place is situated in a perfect location for those who love to hike, with Taroko Park at a manageable distance. The breakfast was really delicious and we enjoyed fresh fruits and local specialties. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The communication was a bit difficult as the hosts didn't speak English well enough to understand us or give suggestions on places to visit. We had to rely on online translation, which led to some misunderstandings.

Nestled in the mountains with great views, staying here puts you in close proximity to Taroko Gorge National Park. the lady owner's breakfast is delicious, and she's very helpful in organizing transport. the manicured lawn and gazebo area are perfect for breakfast.

The location can be a bit remote, which can be a challenge if you don't have your own transport.

The location of the accommodation is simply breathtaking, in close proximity to the national park. the accommodation is perfect for a "glamping" experience, with basic but comfy facilities. the hospitality of the hosts is simply amazing. Despite the language barrier, they were very welcoming, accommodating, and offered fresh fruits and a light meal after a day of hiking.

The half-day river tour offered by the host was quite a disappointment. It was not worth the price, with a bland lunch and paying for each karaoke song.

I loved the serene location amidst beautiful surroundings with well-kept gardens. The delicious homemade breakfast consisting of fresh fruit and Taiwanese cuisine was simply mouth-watering. The warm hospitality of the staff, who treated me like family, was the highlight of my stay. Also, the easy accessibility to various modes of transport from the hotel made my commute hassle-free.
